Cladist

CLADIST is an open-source and integrated platform that provides gene-gene / protein-protein correlation, nearest neighbourhood, clustering and visualisation tools to allow groups of genes or proteins with similar coexpression patterns to be directly projected onto networks of protein-protein interactions and transcriptional regulatory associations in our pSTIING knowledgebase, thus providing additional functional context to coexpression networks.
